Harlow places order for its second MAG III EX machine. If this order is for production work that includes special processes, the supplier shall use only those processors approved by Harlow’s customer for that process. Supplier should contact Harlow’s Quality Assurance for assistance in assuring that supplier uses only approved processors.
NC Dynamics subsidiary installs a new OKK 8000 horizontal 5 axis mill for titanium work. Each shipment shall contain a certificate of compliance that the product meets the requirements of the engineering and purchase order. An authorized representative of the supplier’s quality organization must sign and date this certificate.

Harlow Aerostructures and Verocel (software testing facility) have Completed DO-178 testing for an auto throttle system designed for general aviation aircraft. Harlow, based in Wichita, designed the HAT-05 auto throttle’s hardware and software for use by twin-engine, advanced aircraft with full-authority electronic digital controls (FADEC) in new or retrofit applications, it said. Verocel, based in Westford, Massachusetts, partnered with Harlow to help with software certification.
